CNC Machining

Our CNC machining capability covers 3-axis and 5-axis milling, turning and swiss-style turning for complex geometries. We machine to tight tolerances for aerospace, industrial, medical and consumer product applications. Whether you need a one-off prototype or a production batch, we deliver precision parts on time.

3-Axis & 5-Axis Milling

Complex prismatic and contoured parts. Ideal for housings, brackets, fixtures and structural components.

CNC Turning & Swiss Turning

Rotational parts with tight cylindrical tolerances. Shafts, bushings, fasteners and precision inserts.

Tight Tolerances

Standard ±0.05mm, fine ±0.01mm for critical fits and assemblies. ISO 2768 and custom tolerance packages.

Surface Finishing

Anodising, powder coating, bead blasting, hard anodise and precision grinding available on request.

We machine and print in-house. Complex geometries that can't be machined can be printed with SLS or SLA, then finished or assembled with your CNC components — all through the same project and the same team.
