Choose the right process for your part — or combine several. We print, machine, scan and design in-house, with engineers reviewing every job before it runs.
Industrial 3D printing across four technologies — FDM, SLS, SLA and metal SLM. From rapid functional prototypes to end-use parts, in 20+ qualified materials, to tolerances as fine as ±0.1mm.
3- & 5-axis milling, turning and swiss-style turning in metals and engineering plastics. Tight tolerances to ±0.01mm for critical fits and assemblies.
Sub-millimetre reverse engineering, inspection and legacy part digitisation — from physical part to production-ready CAD.
CAD modelling, GD&T drawings, BOMs and custom machine design — engineers who design for the process your part will be made with.
Production-quality urethane parts from silicone tooling — 10–50+ copies that bridge prototyping and production.
Thermoplastic parts from tooling and trial shots through to production runs.
Complete machines and systems — designed in-house, manufactured, assembled and commissioned as one delivered package.
Tell us what matters most and we'll point you to the best fit. Not sure? Our engineers will recommend the right process — or combine a few — when you send your part.

Still deciding? Send us your part — our engineers will recommend the best process, or combine several, and quote it for you.
Each process suits a different part. We help you pick — then print to spec, from a single prototype to batch production.
The workhorse for functional prototypes, brackets, housings and jigs across the widest material range.
Strong, functional nylon parts and complex assemblies — ideal for end-use components and batch production.
UV-cured resin delivering the smoothest surface finish and tightest tolerances — for detail-critical models.
Direct metal additive producing fully dense components — for aerospace, mining, medical and advanced tooling.
Our as-built SLM AlSi10Mg achieved 286 MPa UTS and 12% elongation with an isotropic response across build orientations — tested to AS 1391:2020 at SRG Global's NATA-accredited laboratory.
“The right process, chosen before the first part is made.”
Most shops just make what you send. Our in-house engineers go further: we advise on the design, choose the right process (or combination of processes), and refine parts for manufacture — so you get a better part, faster, the first time.
We refine your CAD for cost, strength and producibility before anything is made.
Print, machine or cast? We match the method — or combine them — to your part and volume.
No drawings? We scan, model and recreate obsolete or worn components to spec.
Stop chasing quotes across email threads and spreadsheets. NE Vault is your private portal to request parts, track every order, manage drawings and revisions, and run Net 30 trade terms — all in one secure place.
Files encrypted in transit & at rest on Australian-hosted AWS infrastructure — your IP stays yours.

For 3D printing services, get an instant quote at nesolution.com.au/quote — upload your 3D model file and receive an instant price online. Don't have a model yet? Use NEshape to generate one, then proceed to quote from there. For 3D scanning, CAD drafting, engineering design, or manufacturing, contact our team directly for a tailored assessment.
No minimum order quantity. We handle single prototypes through to large production runs. Pricing is per-part and scales with volume — contact us for bulk pricing on orders over 50 units.
Print technology (FDM, SLA, SLS), material selection, part volume, wall thickness, support requirements, and post-processing finish all influence cost. Our quoting tool calculates these factors automatically from your uploaded file.
Our instant online quote at nesolution.com.au/quote covers 3D printing services only — simply upload your model file and get a price immediately. For 3D scanning, CAD drafting, engineering design, manufacturing, or custom systems, contact our team directly and we'll provide a tailored quote for your project.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, direct bank transfer (EFT), and PayPal. For approved business accounts, 30-day payment terms may be available — contact us to discuss. All pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST.
We offer four core technologies, each suited to different applications:
Our team can advise on the best process for your application and budget.
Larger parts can be printed in sections and bonded. Contact us for oversized part enquiries.
Yes. We offer SLM (Selective Laser Melting) for metal additive manufacturing, ideal for functional metal components, tooling, and end-use parts. Contact our engineering team to discuss material options and project requirements.
We offer a range of post-processing services including sanding and surface smoothing, priming and painting, vapour smoothing for ABS, support removal and cleaning, and basic assembly. For specialised finishes or coatings, speak with our engineering team about your requirements.
We accept STL, STEP, OBJ, and 3MF. STEP files are preferred for production parts as they retain full dimensional accuracy. Once you have a file ready, upload it at nesolution.com.au/quote for an instant 3D printing quote.
Tolerances depend on part geometry, orientation, and material. For tight-tolerance applications, discuss your requirements with our engineering team before ordering.
Yes. Our engineers can review your design for printability, suggest optimisations to reduce cost or improve strength, and make minor CAD modifications. For full design-from-scratch projects, contact us to discuss a design engagement.
Our in-house Sydney team provides full drafting services including 3D modelling for digital manufacturing, 2D CAD drawings, general assembly drawings with detailed BOMs, electrical and hydraulic schematics, and DXFs for laser cutting. We prepare all design files you need to go into production.
